RJS Care Ltd was founded by Ryan Smith to provide independent, practical support to primary care organisations. With experience spanning GP practice leadership, PCN operations, finance, governance, CQC, commissioning, neighbourhood development and digital clinical safety, we help clients understand the problem, agree a realistic plan and deliver it alongside their teams. We work with GP practices, PCNs, integrated neighbourhood teams, ICBs and healthcare partners across the NHS and wider sector.
